Let Us Handle Your Website Updates

Our monthly Web Design & Maintenance packages include a number of monthly updates at no additional cost, but if you ever need more than your plan includes, you can easily add extra tasks—no plan change required.

Request updates anytime by emailing our support team or by using the Support button in the header to submit a ticket and track progress. You will get this information during the onboarding process.

What Counts as a Task?

A task is any update that can typically be completed by a professional in approximately 30 minutes.

Common examples include:

  • Content or Image updates
  • Layout tweaks
  • Minor design or functionality changes

More complex changes—such as new pages or advanced functionality—may require more than one task credit.

Please note: Monthly Task credits do not roll over month to month, and unused time is non-refundable.
